I’m Bryan Beardsley, a professional real estate home inspector serving The Woodlands and the greater Houston area. I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and now I am a Certified Professional Inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I am a graduate of American Home Inspector Training (AHIT) and continually expand my expertise through ongoing education and certifications. My goal is to provide my clients with the most thorough and detailed home inspections possible, equipping them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their investment.

My journey in the construction industry began in 1996, right after high school. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of home building and remodeling. At 29, I designed, drafted blueprints, and secured permits for an addition to my own home—then personally completed the entire project, from the foundation and framing to the final interior finishes. That experience inspired me to pursue home remodeling full-time, eventually leading me to own and operate my own remodeling company. My passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail naturally led me to the home inspection profession, where I bring decades of experience to every inspection.
